FAQ
Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code or type the 6-letter code and shoot in the browser. The app is there for anyone who prefers it.
Can I see the photos during the event?
Nobody can, you included. Photos stay locked until the event ends. Then only you see them, to review before you release the roll.
What happens to photos I remove?
They’re taken off the roll. Guests never see them.
How long can guests see the album?
90 days from the reveal. Everyone can save the whole roll with one tap.
What if the Wi-Fi is bad?
Shots queue on the phone and upload as soon as there’s a connection. Nothing is lost.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per event, based on how many guests you expect.
